"Man of the Year" 2022 Awards Gala

On May 5th 2023, took place at the headquarters of the Communications and Information Technology 48th Base, the "Man of the year" awards ceremony for 2022.

The awards were given to acknowledge the merits of the military and civilian personnel of the Communications and Informatics Command, but also of the partners in the defense industry.

The event took place in the presence of the Communications and Informatics Command Commander, Mr. Major General Adrian Brînză, the Head of J6 Directorate, Mr. Brigadier General Mihai Burlacu, the president of A.N.C.O.M., Mr. Valeriu Ștefan Zgonea, the technical director of STARC4SYS, Mr. Marinel Moscaliuc, the general manager of MarcTel – S.I.T. S.R.L., Mr. Călin Pantea, the commanders of the units of the Communications and Informatics Command, the military and civilian personnel of the military units subordinated to the Communications and Informatics Command, the students of the Military School of Non-Commissioned Officers for Communications, Information Technology and Cyber Defense and the students of the "Tudor Vladimirescu" National Military College.

Among the awardees was also Mr. George Cristian GHIMFUS, general director of STARC4SYS, who received the 2022 „Man of the Year” award from the Commander of the Communications and Informatics Command.
