STARC4SYS showcases advanced communications, cyber, COMINT, ELINT and RF solutions at CETATEA 2025 Technical Exercise

Honored by the invitation received from the Communications and Informatics Command, during the period 01.10 - 02.10.2025, the STARC4SYS team, completed with representatives of partners from the country and abroad, organized a stand to present the solutions from the portfolio at the military equipment exhibition organized within the CETATEA 2025 specialized technical exercise.

The presence at this event was one of the most consistent, with hardware and software solutions present at the STARC4SY stand, including those integrated on two special vehicles, which covered the entire portfolio:
- the TCI Scorpio and TCI Spectrum Surveyor radio monitoring solutions;
- the TCI Blackbird Software COMINT solution;
- the SIGINT Spectrum Dome solution from Rafael;
- the LASINT Laser Max solution from Sentinel Photonics;
- the TCI BlackTalon and Sentrycs C-UAS solutions and the TCI Drone Detection drone detection software solution;
- the BRO - Battle Resource Optimization Systems software suite presented by the manufacturer's representative, Omnisys Ltd.
- Cyber Fly Away Kits solutions, presented by the manufacturer's representative, Sealing Technologies, LLC;
- Mitel unified communications solutions;
- HWE1000 - Ultra Compact Hardware Encryptor portable encryption solution, presented by Headlight Solutions representative;
- Getac and Durabook rugged portable solutions;
- MOXA workstation and industrial networking solutions presented by the importer's representative, Elmark Automation.

On this occasion, we exhibited the special vehicle intended for tactical tropospheric communications, a product developed together with our traditional partners, Adisam Telecom S.A, RARTEL S.A and STIMPEX S.A., which was extremely positively appreciated by visitors from Romania, as well as by representatives of the states present at the event, as well as the special vehicle intended for radio monitoring and geolocation equipped with TCI International, Inc. technology.

Surrounded by the solutions already provided to the Ministry of National Defense and present in the exhibition area (the deployable communications module - MCID, the tropospheric radio system - SRT), as well as by the hospitality of the hosts, we found an atmosphere conducive to the presentation of these solutions both to the leadership of the Defense General Staff and to the representatives of the armies present at this exercise: Moldova, Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, 
despite the unfriendly weather.
